On Easter Sunday at 12:00 noon we will be serving a special menu from our Michelin-starred kitchen, accompanied by exquisite wines.
6-course gourmet menu with the best wines from Vinschgau and the rest of South Tyrol:
- Starter: South Tyrolean sparkling wine and Pinot Blanc from Heinrichshof in Bozen-Dorf - a tribute to the passionate winemaker Heiner Oberrauch.
- Appetiser: Sauvignon from the Vinschgau Sonnenberg (Oberrieglhof winery, Schlanders) and Solaris, a rarity from the vineyards of Mals Oberland.
- 1st course: Chardonnay from South Tyrol and Pinot Noir from Castelbello-Castelbello (Lehengut Claudia and Thomas Plack).
- 2nd course: Cuvée Weiss from Niklaserhof Kaltern and a wonderful red wine Cuvée Reif from the Unterganzner Josephus Mayr winery in Bolzano.
- Main course: Velvety red Cuvée Kermesse from Elena Walch, Tramin, and a mature Cabernet Sauvignon Lafoa from the Schreckbichl Winery, Girlan.
- Dessert: A honey sparkling wine from Partschins from HoneyGourMet Innerhofer and the fine Gewürztraminer Passito from the Kiemberger winery in Terlan are the crowning glory of our meal.
We serve Nathalie's handmade chocolates to round off this indulgence perfectly.
You can enjoy the 6-course menu including wine accompaniment, water and espresso for € 240 per person.
Please note that this is a fixed menu and we can only fulfil special requests to a limited extent. Convenient: the Vinschgau train stops right outside our restaurant, just 20 metres away - for a carefree journey home and an all-round relaxing experience.
